Pure Artisan is an independent marketplace for handcrafted products from local artisans in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Every product ships directly from the maker's studio — no warehouse, no middleman. We exist to connect conscious consumers with named craftspeople: the cheesemaker in Liège, the beekeeper outside Ghent, the weaver in Maastricht.

Verified local artisans — small producers who make their products by hand in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
What can I buy?
Anything made by hand: cheese, honey, ceramics, textiles, bread, preserves, woodwork, candles, jewellery, leather goods, ferments, and more. If a person made it with their hands, it belongs here.
How does shipping work?
Orders ship directly from the artisan’s studio, typically within 3–5 business days.

What makes Pure Artisan different from Etsy or Amazon Handmade?
Pure Artisan exclusively features artisans from Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Every seller is individually verified before listing. Products ship directly from the artisan’s studio — no warehouse, no middleman. We do not allow mass-produced or drop-shipped items.
How does Pure Artisan verify sellers?
Every artisan submits proof of craft — photos of their workspace, production process, and a sample product reviewed by our team. Sellers who use third-party manufacturers or resell products are rejected. Verification is repeated annually.
What is the return policy?
14 days from delivery to return any item that arrives damaged or not as described. Returns are coordinated directly with the artisan. Perishable goods are excluded but covered by our quality guarantee.
Which countries does Pure Artisan ship to?
Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days from the artisan’s studio.
Do artisans ship directly, or does Pure Artisan warehouse products?
All products ship directly from the artisan’s own studio or farm. Pure Artisan holds no inventory — every package comes with the personal care of the person who made it.
